We understand that every wedding has a budget, so we offer custom packages.
You choose how much space you need, your caterer, your bartender, and more!
With just under 15,000 square feet of event space, the Huntingburg Event Center can accommodate weddings from 20-900 guests. Our facility includes an outdoor gazebo, three ballrooms, and two bridal party rooms. Each indoor room has an ‘air wall’ that allows us to adjust the size of the space. We also have two catering kitchens, a coat room, parking for over 300 vehicles, and very large restrooms.
Room Rental includes round and banquet tables, cocktail tables, upholstered chairs, built-in bar/beverage station, and our in-house AV. Table linens, cloth napkins, table skirts, and staging are available to rent.
At least one Event Center staff member will be onsite for the duration of the wedding.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You are welcome to decorate the day before your wedding, providing the Event Center
is not in use and is able to complete set up of tables and chairs.
The use of confetti, rice, silly string, glitter, and/or straw is prohibited.
Items cannot be tapped, nailed, or attached to the floors, walls, doors, ceilings, etc.
Candles are permitted, but must be enclosed within a container that is higher than the flame.

In the case of rain, and available space, we will move your ceremony to one of our three indoor ballrooms.
